In several Canadian Provinces, 'bubble-zone' laws have been made, making it illegal to protest abortion within a certain distance of abortion clinics, pharmacies or hospitals. How can this possibly go unchallenged considering every Canadian's 2nd Charter Right?
2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms: (b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication; (c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and (d) freedom of association.
Catholic priest, Fr. Tony is challenging this legislation. He was earlier charged for holding a sign stated: "A country without free speech is a corpse" - not even messaging concerning abortion!

Show The Truth is a pro-life organization that has been working to prevent abortion simply by showing large photos of aborted children. The documented photos speak for themselves. All sorts of stories of children being saved from abortion have emerged from this type of activism. Many feel that this type of activism is wrong. But why? Is it wrong to have graphic pictures on the side of cigarette boxes? Is it wrong for M.A.D.D. and other organizations to show the results of drunk driving? Was it wrong for the Western Allies to take the Nazi soldiers through the concentration camps to show the evil they've been working for? I posit that people only think it is wrong when their conscience beginnings to hold them to account.
Amid the stringent and near total shutdown of the country in reaction to COVID-19, abortion clinics have been deemed an essential service and therefore remained open. Is this not the irony of ironies? Mandates make it that one must wear a face mask to protect other people in case yourself is contagious. Thousands of businesses are shut down to slow the spread of the virus thereby protecting the health of the general public, AND YET, abortion is deemed an essential service? If you haven't yet seen the parallel, let me spell it out for you. When faced with the argument "a fetus is a person", the pro-abortion argument responds: "It doesn't matter, because it is breaching the rights of the pregnant mother", leaving a standstill between the right of a woman not to be pregnant and the right of a fetus (her child) to live. Finally we find ourselves in a situation where the government is aggressively shutting down businesses, ruining livelihoods, mandating face coverings etc. all in the name of protecting the vulnerable who might die as a result of contracting the virus. Taking these stringent extra steps for the safety of life, then, one would think that this was the most pro-life government ever! Provincially and Federally! But no. Abortion was deemed an essential service. So as the government is fining people for not wearing a mask that might share a virus which might put someone in the hospital which might get the hospitals to overflow which might result in someone who needs healthcare to be neglected which might result in death, they are continuing to pay to have babies killed in their mother's womb. Logic, right?
